Dr. Atul Parvatiyar is Principal Consultant & CEO of the Institute for Customer Relationship Management (iCRM) and responsible for the overall operations of the company in USA, UK, Austria, India and Malaysia. He is also the Robinson Research Fellow & Managing Director of the Center for Business & Industrial Marketing (CBIM) at Georgia State University. His expertise areas include customer relationship management and global strategic marketing processes. He is project leader for several industry studies including Assessing the Value of Outsourcing Sales and Marketing by CPG Companies on behalf of Grocery Manufacturers of America (GMA) as well as the Foodservice Sales and Marketing Association (FSMA).
Atul has been actively involved in strategy consulting for several leading organizations including Allstate Insurance, Bank of America, Bose Corporation, The Coca-Cola Company, Celcom, City of Atlanta, Interface Advertising, Kimberly-Clark Professional, Kuok Group (Singapore), Mavesa (Venezuela), Milliken International, Nautilus Inc., Panasonic, Panacea-Biotec, Piramal Enterprises, PRG-Schultz, Shoppers’ Stop (India), Siemens, SMC Pneumatics, DOAS - State of Georgia, Telekom Malaysia and Toyota.
Previously, Atul was a Marketing Professor and Associate Director of Center for Relationship Marketing at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University where he won the MBA Distinguished Educator Award. He also founded the popular Goizueta Marketing Competition and managed several collaborative projects with AT&T, BellSouth, Chubb, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, IBM, Kodak, Motorola, NCR, Procter & Gamble, UPS and Xerox.
Dr. Parvatiyar has published several articles and books including the Handbook of Relationship Marketing (with Dr. Jagdish N. Sheth, Sage Publications 2000); Customer Relationship Management: Emerging Concepts, Tools and Applications (with Jagdish Sheth and G. Shainesh, Tata McGraw Hill 2001); and the recently released report on Best Practices in Post-Audit Recovery: An Examination of Prevalent Post-Audit Practices in the Retail Industry (with Naveen Donthu, Tom Gruen, Fred Jacobs and Brad Kesel, iCRM – CBIM, 2005). Atul also serves as a visiting professor at several universities in Austria, Germany, India, Norway and Spain.
In October 2005, his alma mater, the Faculty of Management Studies of Banaras Hindu University honored Dr. Parvatiyar with Distinguished Alumni Award. During the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Atul was presented a gold medal by the International Olympic Committee for outstanding voluntary services as Venue Protocol Manager. |

As a member of iCRM's Advisory Board, Mr. Paul van Leeuwen advises on global business operations and the company's strategic direction. Prior to iCRM, Paul was Executive Vice-President - Business Development at PRG-Schultz Inc. (PRGS), the global leader in recovery auditing. As member of the PRGS Executive Committee, Paul was responsible for new business offerings and alliance relationships and played an instrumental role in developing next-generation services for the company's long-term success. Before joining PRGS, van Leeuwen held a series of positions with the John H. Harland Company, a $750 million provider of printed products, software and services to the financial institution and education markets. While at Harland, he was responsible for leading the marketing and e-commerce functions for the Printed Products Group, where he conceived and launched revenue-generating products and services and executed market-based pricing strategies. The foundation of Paul's career began with The Walt Disney Company, having served in various roles of increasing responsibility for over 15 years, including Vice President of Resort Development in Southern California, where he led a multi-divisional team to develop and implement the $2 billion Disneyland Resort expansion. Prior to that he was a Business Planning executive at Walt Disney World and a member of the start-up team at Euro Disney.
Paul holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. |

Dr. Naveen Donthu is Vice President, Global Research at iCRM. He specializes in marketing research methodology and models, comparative and outdoor advertising, brand equity, Hispanic consumer research, cross-cultural issues, customer satisfaction research, and e-consumer behavior. He has over 50 publications in journals such as Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Advertising Research, and Journal of Retailing. Dr. Donthu has consulted for many national and international companies, presented executive seminars to managers from many countries, and received industry support and academic grants to conduct research. His professional affiliations include American Marketing Association and Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences. He received the 1997 Georgia State University Outstanding Faculty Achievement Award (university-wide award for extraordinary achievement in teaching, research and service), the 1994 and 1999 Robinson College of Business Faculty Recognition Award for Research, the 1998 Robinson College of Business Faculty Recognition Award for Teaching, the 2003 Robinson College of Business Faculty Recognition Award for Service, and the 2004 Robinson College of Business Board of Advisors Award for Service. |

Brad Kesel is Vice President, Projects and Business Development, for iCRM in Atlanta. Brad brings nearly 20 years of process engineering, sales, marketing, and new product development experience to iCRM. In this role, he has delivered consulting and research services for several global Fortune clients. Previous to iCRM, he was Founder and CEO of an application service provider, VOC Systems, which delivers a patented customer feedback solution to various service industries. The VOC service is now available as part of iCRM’s research offering. Prior to VOC, he spent 14 years with Fortune 500 firms Texas Instruments, WR Grace and Parker Hannifin, where he held positions as process engineer, sales engineer/account manager, product manager, market manager and new product development manager. He has earned three patents in areas ranging from customer feedback processes to a thermal management solution for portable computers. Brad holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BS in Engineering from Lehigh University. |

Gautam Mukerji is the Director of Projects for iCRM, Malaysia. Gautam is experienced in the marketing and execution of projects, products and services for blue chip companies and startups.
Gautam is actively involved with the operations of existing projects and developing new projects in Asia Pacific region. He has identified major projects and finalized contracts for major engineering turnkey projects with Birla Technical Services. At Birla Parsons Ltd, joint venture of Parsons Corp (The Ralph M Parsons Corp) of Pasadena USA as BD Manager, he was responsible for business and market evaluation for the infrastructure, transportation, environment sectors. He has experience in business and market evaluation for the steel, power, oil and gas sectors. At KSB Pumps Ltd. and Dunlop India Ltd., he was responsible for institutional sales and dealer network. At Usha Communications Technology (UshaComm) which provides operational support service (OSS) software to emerging Integrated Communications Providers worldwide, he was Marketing Co-coordinator- Asia Pacific and Director Contracts and Proposals.
Gautam holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India and Master of Business Management from Banaras Hindu University, India. He has keen interest in arts and sports. |

Joseph de Leon is a Strategic Planning Consultant for iCRM in Malaysia. Joseph is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has applied his expertise in marketing analysis for clients such as Panasonic Malaysia, Telekom Malaysia and Nautilus Fitness. Prior to iCRM, he has done Six Sigma and marketing strategy consulting work for clients such as Cox Communications, the Atlanta Children’s Shelter and CHRIS Kids. He has done strategic planning and project management for JH Harland in Atlanta. Joseph began his career in new product development and brand management for the Philippines’ largest food & beverage conglomerate, the San Miguel Corporation.
Joseph holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, GA and a BS in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. He also founded Fostering Focus, a photography training program and gallery show for Metro Atlanta’s at-risk youth. |
