Research Analyst

We have immediate opportunities for Research Analysts at our corporate office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Research Analyst will contribute to activities, analysis, and detailed reporting of BtoC and BtoB market research. He/she will provide research input and coordinate research activities relevant to company and client business projects. Duties include:

	Coordination of market research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, in areas of customer satisfaction, loyalty, relationship marketing, global industry trends, buyer behavior, brand research, regional and global markets, and product concepts
	Synthesize primary and secondary research in order to impact key decision making for global and regional clients
	Gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources to represent or address issues, or to answer targeted client questions
	Work on projects to advance product, place, price, promotion and positioning strategies and tactics for client product and service offerings
	Analyze operational reports and financial data to determine predictability of product and service demand in dynamic markets
	Manage data feeds and data warehouse tools


Requirements:
	Bachelors Degree required, MBA desirable
	3+ years market research experience in retail and/or with service provider organization
	Passion for understanding the customer and their needs
	Experience with retail, finance/banking, insurance, consumer products or manufacturing preferred
	Knowledge of database marketing and data warehouse management
	Team player with superior verbal and written communication skills
	Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis with tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, STATISTICA or similar.
	Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
	Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
	Chinese speaking and reading capability a plus

Web Programmer

Professional Experience:
	This position requires at least 2+ years experience in the IT and programming fields, preferably in an agency environment
	A background in software engineering is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
	Software and database development for the Joomla & Wordpress platform and similar application, testing and documentation of tools for data extraction, data mining, and reporting.

Requirements:
	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of three years experience.
	Excellent programming skills in PHP, .Net, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, object oriented programming, software development processes, and databases.
	Experience in Web 2.0 applications, Website development, Graphic and Multimedia Design & designing user interfaces.
	Experience in the analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation and maintenance of technical applications.
	Experience in handling Content Management Systems (CMS).
	Good interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication skills & client service orientation.
	Exhibits a positive "can-do" attitude, be self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment with strong individual performers.
	Has impeccable organizational and people management skills.
	Is comfortable discussing and explaining your solutions with non-technical staff.
	Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's ideas.
	Can plan, prioritize and manage your workload across multiple projects.

Web Designer

Professional Experience:
	At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
	Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
	We are looking for creative personalities who wish to express themselves vividly through their design and technology.
	Have a flair for motion graphics, to be applied on Flash websites.
	Participate in development of creative content with Flash, Photoshop, and any 3D tool.

Requirements:
	Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
	Have above average understanding of front-end web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, CSS) .
